MEDIC is giving away a pair of tickets to see the Tennessee Vols take on the Oklahoma Sooners to one person who donates lifesaving blood.
Everyone who donates blood on Thursday, September 3rd will be entered to win the tickets. Donors at all locations will be entered. The game on September 12th is the first game of the season at Neyland Stadium and is one of the most anticipated match ups for the Vols.
“Our donors have done a phenomenal job of making sure our hospitals had the blood they needed throughout the summer, but in the past two weeks we’ve seen our inventory drop off. This promotion has come at a much needed time,” said MEDIC Regional CEO Jim Decker.
The giveaway coincides with the tradition Tennessee Tailgate cookout held at MEDIC’s Downtown Donor Center each year. MEDIC staff will provide a hot dog lunch to all those who donate between 11am-2pm.
In addition to be being entered to win the pair of tickets, donors will also receive a MEDIC t-shirt and coupons for a free Chick-fil-A Sandwich and a Texas Roadhouse appetizer.
